Waterfront Retreat for Families
The Inn offers a small beach on the sound, a perfect launching point for the provided kayaks and stand-up paddle boards. Rooms range in size, and many have waterfront views and balconies. We opted for the ‘Camelia’ room, which included a king-size bed, pull-out couch, and sizable balcony with a slightly obstructed sound view. Instead of an in-room kitchenette, each floor shares a large refrigerator, microwave, and coffee station.
Dining at the Inn
Breakfast at Cafe Pamlico was included with our stay, and we were able to choose from the broad range of items available on the same menu for non-guests. The Cafe is known to both locals and tourists as having fine-dining fare in a casual setting.
